The Board of Directors of Lumikko Oy and CEO Kimmo Pyykönen have mutually agreed that Pyykönen will step down from his position as CEO on January 28, 2025. Lumikko’s entrepreneur, Lauri Latvala, will take over the role of CEO.

The new CEO, Lauri Latvala, is a third-generation family entrepreneur who has spent the past three years as an entrepreneur and has been actively involved in Lumikko’s development. In addition, he serves as the CEO of Lumikko Huoltopalvelut, a sister company.

“Stepping into the role of CEO is a natural continuation for me as the entrepreneur. We have a unique team of experts and strong customer relationships, which provide a solid foundation for future growth.
