A company may be eligible for the Strongest in Finland Platinum, Gold or Silver certificate level.
The Act on the Contractor’s Obligations and Liability when Work is Contracted Out obliges the client to find out that his or her contractual partners fulfil their statutory obligations as contractors and employers. The Reliable Partner label indicates that we have automated the acquisition of reports required by the Act on the Contractor’s Obligations and Liability when Work is Contracted Out in order to facilitate our customer’s operations.
